Contrast

I don’t work in the abstract nearly as much as I used to, but it’s still fun to look back at the style of art that really captivated me.

I still find myself drawn to strong geometric shapes (my favorite painter is Piet Mondrian, after all) and this is a great example from 2009.

It’s also interesting recalling how insanely noisy the Rebel XTi was at ISO 800. I remember how much that camera would struggle in low light, and I guess this was no exception.

Still, this was a worthwhile way to spend my Friday morning. Have a fantastic weekend!
